WHO WE ARE
G. B. Construction, Inc. was founded in 1982. Since inception, our firm has continued to deliver on school renovation, modernization, and new construction projects as our main pipeline. In 2008, we broadened our focus by incorporating affordable housing projects with school projects, embracing the new challenges of state and federally funded housing projects as opportunities for growth. In more recent years, dating back to 2016, we have expanded our scope of general contracting services to include special use building projects, such as, a new high school football stadium, airport terminal upgrade, and, most recently, private housing projects. With close to four decades of building experience in public works projects, GB is poised to 'go beyond' in providing its general contracting services to established and new clients who share a vision for bettering our communities for years to come.

Our preconstruction services are tailored to facilitate your needs with information generated from Estimating, Value Engineering, Site Logistics & Project Scheduling, Constructability Review, Bid Packaging & Procurement, and Budget Management.
General Contracting is perhaps the most widely recognized project delivery method among building services and is the most sought after one for our clients. As a full-service General Contractor, we provide all necessary project management, supervision, procurement, safety, and quality control. Our broad and detailed experience with low-income housing, educational, private multifamily housing, and athletic field project scopes enable us to provide high quality and timely new construction and renovations.
Thanks to the collective experience of our team of construction professionals, we've been successfully building new construction projects for many years. Our team members have first-hand experience in a wide variety of construction methods to facilitate any new construction project, especially in low-income housing. Our construction experience is well-suited for this delivery method which includes multifamily, educational, athletic field, and new housing projects.
With this project delivery method, you will contract with us for the design and construction of the project. We will work directly with you as we assemble a qualified team of architects, engineers, and consultants that are best suited to turn your vision into a viable building design, after which, we will perform subcontractor buyout and contracting, complete permitting requirements, and directly administrate and manage all aspects of construction towards project completion.
