KC broadened the firm’s focus by expanding into construction of affordable housing projects, embracing the new challenges of state and federally funded housing projects as opportunities for growth. Recently, KC has expanded the firm’s scope of general contracting services to include special-use building projects from stadiums to airport terminal upgrades to private housing projects. As GB Construction’s President, KC remains focused on assisting clients in understanding the ever-changing construction landscape, exploring new and innovative construction methods and always delivering quality projects.
