Noel Gabriel

Project Manager

Noel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Before immigrating to the United States, he worked for Philippine Airlines. Noel started working at G. B. Construction, Inc. in 2004. He has a wealth of experience in public works’ labor and contract compliance, and is well-versed on Davis-Bacon, State Prevailing Wage, and Apprenticeship laws. As a Project Manager, he coordinates with project clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors, and leads the project team towards successful project completion. His work ethic Is exemplary, maintaining excellence and professionalism. He is LEED AP Certified (credential signifying expertise in green building) and has experience in IT security.

At home, Noel like to be the house clown for his two kids. He enjoys photography and reading, watching CSI Las Vegas and The Newsroom, and digging into his favorite dish, Filipino Adobo.

A seasoned member of the GB team, Noel has much to be proud of. He worked hard to rise through the ranks from Office Administrator to Project Coordinator and is now an accomplished Project Manager. Some of his favorite moments with GB include overseeing his first project from contracts to Certificate of Occupancy, and most recently, overseeing our Metamorphosis on Foothill site, a Davis-Bacon & State Prevailing Wage project. He finds joy in how his job challenges him to think ahead as well as anticipate potential schedule, production, and administrative issues. Noel consistently goes beyond his expected duties as Project Manager, investing his time in GB’s development in a way he hopes will have a positive impact in the long-term direction of the company.
