Noel Gabriel

PROFILE

Noel is an experienced Project Manager and has worked in the construction industry since 2004. He has supervised review of prime contract and subcontractor agreements and liaised with legal counsel in finalizing contract documents. In his capacity as a PM, he coordinates with project clients, architect/design team, subcontractors, and vendors. He oversees project cost control, subcontractor buyouts, scheduling, progress payments, RFI, and change orders. He has successfully completed ground-up construction of multifamily residential housing, with adherence to strict ADA compliance requirements. Noel has wealth of experience in public works’ labor and contract compliance, and is well-versed on Davis-Bacon, State Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship laws.
