PROFILE

During her time at GB Construction, Itzel has gained the knowledge and experience to carefully monitor and analyze all labor compliance components, including Certified Payroll, Apprentice Ratios, and Skilled and Trained Workforce. She has worked with auditing agencies to ensure compliance is met in each project and is skilled at coordination of documents, working expertly with PROCORE Construction Software for logging in data and for the use of pre-construction activities such as bidding. Itzel also assists Project Managers and Project Engineers in the preparation of RFI’s and Submittals; monitoring the Labor Compliance portion of the public works projects; and ensuring that all federal and state labor laws are followed. Her responsibilities also include overseeing workers’ wages, reviewing certified payroll, and monitoring contractors’ and subcontractors’ labor compliance.
