The 1503 Venice Project is a landmark mixed-use apartment complex, representing G. B. Construction, Inc.'s first venture into mixed-use housing for a private client. This development highlights our unwavering commitment to quality, resilience, and long-term dedication. It stands as a testament to our persistence and loyalty, having navigated a complex construction process over five years.

Located at 1503 Venice in the heart of Venice, CA, this project features 31 residential units across four stories above a two-story subterranean garage. Conveniently close to Abbot Kinney, Lincoln, and Venice Beach, the community offers luxury studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments designed for modern living.

Key features include a rooftop lounge with a BBQ and dining area, a landscaped residential garden, 47 parking spaces with five EV stalls and 10 EV-ready stalls, and 64 long- and short-term bicycle parking spaces. The building spans 28,074 square feet, combining space efficiency with sophisticated design.

Despite challenges like a shallow water table requiring multiple redesigns, our team showed resilience and problem-solving skills. The project is set to complete in May, marking a proud milestone for G. B. Construction, Inc.

The Moxion Project in Sun Valley, CA, stands as a notable commercial development completed by G. B. Construction, Inc. in the summer of 2023. This flagship facility was designed to support Moxion Power’s innovative energy solutions, highlighting our expertise in commercial construction and infrastructure development.

Located in the dynamic industrial hub of Sun Valley, the project focused on creating a modern commercial space tailored to Moxion Power’s operational and branding requirements. The construction scope encompassed building state-of-the-art facilities that integrated advanced electrical infrastructure to support clean energy technologies. Our team ensured that the project adhered to stringent commercial building codes while aligning with sustainability standards, reflecting both the client’s and our commitment to environmental responsibility.

One of the defining features of the Moxion Project was its energy-efficient design, crafted to meet the evolving demands of the clean energy sector. The facility not only served as a showcase for Moxion Power’s products and services but also embodied operational efficiency through the integration of advanced utility systems. Despite the challenges posed by tight deadlines and the complexities associated with integrating cutting-edge energy systems, our team delivered the project on time, underscoring our dedication to quality and client satisfaction.

Although Moxion Power filed for bankruptcy in August 2024, shortly after the project's completion, the Moxion Project remains a testament to G. B. Construction, Inc.'s ability to execute high-quality commercial projects under challenging circumstances.
