Exciting progress happening at our Laurel Grove Homekey project! Here’s a quick glimpse of where we are:
New Roof & HVAC: All roofing and HVAC vents are now fully installed, making way for the final phases of construction inside the units. We're on track to have them ready for completion by December 2024.
Pedestrian Bridge Work: Team GB is currently hard at work on the foundation for 60-foot-long pedestrian bridge. This is a delicate and precise task, as the bridge anchor plate must fit within just ½ inch of variance—a true test of craftsmanship and accuracy.
